Our Story: The shop opened September 2006, and is Owned & Operated by Marie Kinsella-Diddio. We love to help in any way, whether it be choosing & coordinating fabrics, teaching sewing, quilting or a new technique or method. Quilting is a very social pastime/hobby. Our shop is very friendly, with people sharing projects, ideas, techniques, tools and interests.
We carry over 5000 bolts of fabric; including cotton, flannel, batiks, wide goods, silks, laminates & micro fibers. Included are most of the best brand of cottons such as, Moda, Benartex, Windham, Marcus Bros, Hoffman, Timeless Treasures, P&B Textiles, Avlyn, Henry Glass, Red Rooster, Riley Blake, Studio E, Blank Textiles, Northcott, Andover, South Sea Imports, Lakehouse and so many more.
We have a large book section, as well as many patterns throughout the shop. We carry many notions including a Ruler Wall and our Notions Nook where there are many interesting items and surprises. Batting & a large selection of interfacings and stabilizers are also available. If we do not have what you need we will be happy to order it for you.
We run classes all the time and welcome you to check out our class listing on the following page. If you do not find a class of a particular method or skill level, please let us know, we are always looking to add classes to our schedule to fit our customer's needs. Private classes and children's classes are also available.
